The 业务 Administration major with Human Resource Management Emphasis balances theoretical instruction with practical, hands-on experiences. Warner Pacific 业务 graduates with the Human Resource Management emphasis integrate the theoretical foundation of human resource 管理 with practical business and leadership applications. 学生 will be prepared for a variety of rewarding careers including: Human Resource specialist, Human Resource 管理, administrative services manager, labor relations specialist, compensation and 好处 manager, and 培训 and development manager, 等. Emphasis will also be placed on understanding multicultural perspectives and ethics in a worldview context.

Geared specifically toward working adults who have completed some college-level coursework, this accelerated bachelor’s degree in business blends theoretical instruction with practical, real-world examples. 学生, 反过来, can apply these concepts directly to their existing careers and bring their own professional insights into the classroom.
